I do need to pace myself better or just stop looking at my watch...I'm thinking if I hadn't been freaked out by the first mile time, I probably could have kept on blazing...but most likely not. More even pacing is the key.

Hope you ladies are feeling better with your cold (Natalie) and your ITBS (Stephanie)

Steve, I'll see you at Saturday's Army/Navy 10K...should be fun!

CharlieCharliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08194398459256916637noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5362552092923025055.post-27464072967627470692007-11-24T08:21:00.000-05:002007-11-24T08:21:00.000-05:00You are on a blazing streak! Glad you enjoyed your Thanksgiving feast and I hope you enjoy the rest of the weekend.

Congratulations on a solid race and yet another PR! I'm sure you'll be under 40 minutes with a more even paced race and a few hills to break things up a bit :) By the way, you were flying in the first mile yesterday!

Unlucky on the turkey trophy, but no doubt you'll pick one up in the future...

Good chatting to you after the race,

--Stevestevespeirshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17200786162464085289noreply@blogger.com
